Falsely Accused Network Launches Podcast: Real Stories, Legal Insight & Mental Health Support

We’re proud to announce something we’ve been working towards for a long time: Falsely Accused Network is officially launching a podcast—and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

This isn’t just another podcast. It’s a platform for truth. For justice. For people who’ve been silenced for too long.

We’ll be kicking things off with some incredible guests: criminal defence solicitors and family lawyers who work closely with Falsely Accused Network. These are professionals who’ve seen it all—wrongful arrests, false allegations, biased proceedings, and paternity fraud cases that turn lives upside down. They’ll be sharing their insights into how the system works—and how it sometimes fails.

But we won’t stop there.

As the podcast grows, we’ll also be inviting:

Qualified mental health professionals to talk about the trauma, isolation, and long-term impact of false accusations.

People who’ve lived it—those falsely accused of abuse, and victims of paternity fraud—to tell their stories in their own words.

Because that’s what this is really about: breaking the silence. Lifting the lid. Standing together and saying "we’re not accepting this anymore."

This is for everyone who has ever been accused of something they didn’t do—and then left to fight alone.

A huge thank you goes out to Philip Scott-Shurety, owner of Magoo Studios in Stalybridge, who will be helping us professionally film and edit the podcast. Philip believes in what we’re doing and is helping us bring this project to life with real quality and care.

We’ll be recording from Manchester and London in the summer and the first episodes are coming later in 2025 or early 2026.

To all our members, supporters, and those still in the thick of it: this is your platform. And we’ll be reaching out later this year for guests—so if you're ready to share your experience and stand proud, stay tuned.

Together, we will be heard.

No more shame. No more silence.

Just truth—and the people brave enough to speak it.
