NEW SUPPORT ENHANCEMENT FOR OUR MCKENZIE FRIEND PACKAGES

We’re pleased to announce a significant improvement to the McKenzie Friend packages offered through the Falsely Accused Network for people navigating the family court system on a lower income.

For clients facing fact-finding hearings, our McKenzie Friend packages will now include:

• A dedicated strategy session of up to 90 minutes with an experienced barrister

• The session will be attended by the client, their McKenzie Friend, and a specialist family law barrister

This meeting is designed to:

• Clarify the issues before the court

• Identify weaknesses and inconsistencies in the allegations

• Plan a structured, evidence-based approach to the fact-finding hearing

• Support the McKenzie Friend in preparing effectively alongside the client

This additional layer of expert input ensures that individuals who cannot afford full solicitor or barrister representation still have access to high-level legal insight and strategic guidance at a crucial stage of proceedings.

We are absolutely delighted to be able to offer this enhancement. It reflects our ongoing commitment to improving access to justice for those who are falsely accused, particularly where false allegations are affecting child contact and family life.

This development is another step forward in our mission to provide affordable, meaningful support in the family court — helping people properly prepare their cases and giving them the best possible chance to move forward and rebuild their relationship with their children.

At the Falsely Accused Network, we greatly value the contribution of legal professionals, including solicitors and barristers. The professionals we work alongside are deeply committed to justice, fairness, and ensuring that allegations are examined carefully and objectively.

If you are currently going through the family court process, have been accused of domestic abuse, and require McKenzie Friend support, you can contact the Falsely Accused Network for assistance.
