If you are involved in Family Court proceedings and are seeking formal legal representation, we may be able to help by referring you to an appropriate family law solicitor or barrister.

 

Falsely Accused Network is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Our role is to provide structured, consent-based referrals to independent legal professionals where appropriate.

Who this service is for

This referral service is for individuals involved in Family Court proceedings in England and Wales who are seeking private, fee-paying legal representation.

 

We may be able to assist with referrals in relation to matters including:

  • Child Arrangements Orders

  • Non-Molestation Orders

  • Occupation Orders

  • Financial Remedy proceedings

  • Enforcement applications

  • Specific Issue Orders

  • Stepped or staged contact arrangements

  • Declarations of Parentage

  • Prohibited Steps Orders

Solicitors and barristers

Depending on your circumstances and the stage of proceedings, you may wish to instruct either:

  • A family law solicitor, who can manage your case and act on your behalf throughout proceedings; or

  • A family law barrister, who may provide advice, conferences, or representation at court.

 

Where appropriate, we can help refer you to a suitable professional.

All solicitor and barrister referrals made through this service are on a private, fee-paying basis.

We do not provide legal aid support and do not make legal aid referrals for Family Court matters.

Any advice, representation, and fees are agreed directly between you and the legal professional following referral.

  • Your details are shared securely with a solicitor or barrister, where appropriate

  • The legal professional contacts you directly
